Who are we ?
Mbili Attorneys has celebrated two (2) decades and is about to complete a third (3) decade in existence, having been established on 21st May 1996 by its founder Mr BA Mbili who is currently practicing as its Senior Director.
Mbili Attorneys is a continuity of B A Mbili and Company Attorneys which was established by the same founder B A Mbili in 1996. The firm has undergone tremendous transformation over the two decades in existence. It was founded under the name and style BA Mbili and Company and operated as such until the year 2007 when it assumed the current name. The change of name was influenced by factors that will be apparent on the narrative captured below. The firm has experienced its better share in the legal profession like the rest in its prime years
Our History
The two decades of existence talks to the honour bestowed to its partners and the privilege the have to belong to the legal profession.
It deals with legal issues by qualified lawyers. It also conducts counseling by professional child and youth counselor, and specializes on land matters in addressing the imbalances that were created by the previous order. The founder Mr B.A. Mbili has successfully completed more than ten(10) Claimants Verification Projects and a variety of legal matters in the name of Tomlinson Mnguni James. More information can be obtained from the Department of Land Affairs records at the Commissioner’s Office and Land Reform Offices at Nelspruit and Vryheid. He has vast experience in Civil matters and has appeared in the Magistrate and High Court in both Civil and Criminal litigation. He has acted on behalf of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society in a variety of Civil matters involving applications for Admissions, Re-Admissions, Suspensions and Struck-Off Rolls as Attorneys. He has done numerous applications for appointment of Curators.
Mr Mbili has acted as a Land Title Adjustment Commissioner on behalf of the Department of Land Affairs.
