The firm has undergone tremendous transformation over the two decades in existence. It also conducts counseling by professional child and youth counselor, and specializes on land matters in addressing the imbalances that were created by the previous order. The founder Mr B.A. Mbili has successfully completed more than ten(10) Claimants Verification Projects and a variety of legal matters in the name of Tomlinson Mnguni James. More information can be obtained from the Department of Land Affairs records at the Commissioner\u2019s Office and Land Reform Offices at Nelspruit and Vryheid. He has vast experience in Civil matters and has appeared in the Magistrate and High Court in both Civil and Criminal litigation. He has acted on behalf of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society in a variety of Civil matters involving applications for Admissions, Re-Admissions, Suspensions and Struck-Off Rolls as Attorneys.
